Prologue: Resurgence of Black Nex
The village of Kesgea burned under the starlit sky of night. Screams of terrified Pokémon fleeing their collapsing houses could be heard everywhere. Once beautiful thatched roofs were now aflame and billowing smoke into the air, turning it acrid. Stone walls, only shortly ago housing dozens of happy families inside — many of which were cuddled up together in their living rooms watching TV, getting set for bed soon — crumbled and fell one after another, bringing the structures down from homes to a pile

The man glanced at his watch another time. The woman he was supposed to meet was now ten minutes late. Taking a look around him, he wondered for a second why she would set her meeting here. Marble floor, beige walls, long meeting table, few lamps lighting up the whole room; it all seemed too formal to him. Grabbing his coffee cup, he took a sip before putting it down once again.
“What's taking her so long? Is she trying to test my patience or something?” he asked out loud to nobody in particular.
He decided to put himself at ease, thinking he would be waiting for some time. He put his feet on the table and he leaned back in his
The Phantom Rebellion
Chapter One
Author’s Note: Hello, dear readers! I’m trying my hand at a new story; I want to see if people would be interested in it. So if you are, please let me know by review! Thanks to any who take the time to read The Phantom Rebellion.
Things weren’t always this way, I’m told. There was a time when Ghost types and humankind lived in peace with one another. That was before the World Government. That was before President Archebald Sirius rose to power.
The people were panicking. I’m told that there was a great famine—crops refused to grow. People starved. Pokemon died. And with
Armageddon
In a time, long, long ago, the planet Earth was inhabited by two very different and distinct groups of beings; pokemon and humans. For as long as either race could remember, the two had existed in perfect harmony alongside each other, never having had any sort of long-lasting dispute before. Together, they complimented each other with their own strengths and weaknesses. Where the pokemon were strong, able-bodied, and displayed unusual and unique abilities, the humans were smart, industrious, and always looked for a way to make the world around them a better place. For the most part, the planet was a living paradise. Sightings and

Three years.
A truce had been reached. A faux settlement signed and sealed on a worthless scrap of paper. Subliminal propaganda fueling the thunderous applause.
Three years.
When the phrase "We will create a better Pokemon world for tomorrow starting today!" was plastered across every TV station and heard from radios throughout the world.
Three years.
When he was forced to give up his best friend and loyal companion in the name of "science" and the advancement of eugenics.
Three years.
Ace Withrow stared at the barren ceiling of his small, unkempt room. Three years...has it really been that long? Hi
~Calem's pov~
I sighed and went over through my Pokedex, which took me so much time to do. Luckily for me, I had my friends, Serena, Tierno, Trevor, and Shauna to help me along my journey. I continued looking through my Pokedex until I heard the door slammed open.
I looked towards the door and saw Serena. "Serena!?" I yelled.
She was breathing heavily. I honestly didn't know why. It took her a while to catch her breath but she finally spoke. "Calem!!" She cried out and gave me a hug.
"Woah!" I was tightly hugged by her and nearly lost my breath. "Serena....can't breath!!" I struggled out.
She quickly got off of me and rubbed her head. "O

Over the hills and under the bridge their was a two trainers. One had blue hair that resembled lightning and his clothes match. On the other end was a woman, she wore green everywhere and has brown flowing hair that sat down to her shoulders.
"You know the boss is gonna be mad, right?" The man shouted. The wind was very heavy and it felt like a scream in your ears. The train above them didn't make it any easier to talk, it was louder than ever. Vibrating the earth like it was a Pokemon itself. "You know what we have to do then." The girl replied. He grabbed out a Pokeball from his pockets and thrust it into the air.
Out of the small Pokebal

If you ever wandered around in the world you might have experienced your own journey. Whether you're starting from Kanto or traveling the islands of Hoenn or maybe you lived in the huge region of Kalos and Sinnoh, either way, you probably know the story. Darkness. The endless absence of any visual stimuli. Stick anyone in a completely dark room, and they are liable to go crazy. Fortunately, Terry hadn't hit that point quite yet.
The truck had stopped only five times, four for fuel and once to sleep for the night. It had maybe been a day total since they left, and while the trip had started out interesting the morning when they started packing up the truck, it quickly dulled when Terry found out there was no room in the cab for him. Still, the breaks had kept him sane to say the least.
Terry leaned back against the soft pile of clothes he had made up for himself in the back of the truck and

Curse of the Ninetailes - Act 1
Dead leaves swirled about Izaak’s muddy shoes as he stood outside the gate, unable to cross the threshold into the prison he used to call a home. Paint peeled off the face of the walls, the once proud wooden door was worn beyond repair from the years of neglect and the windows were so grimy that the sun could never hope to pierce the thick layer of dirt, even on the brightest of days.
The heavens opened up with rain as he pushed the cold steel gate open and stepped inside the garden. His school uniform matched the grey colour of the rainclouds which loomed overhead and the overgrown lawn stirred in the strengthening wind as he walke
My OC story is canon to the anime but travels with characters based on manga or game characters that hadn't made it to the anime, does that go in the "Other based fiction"? I just ned to make sure of things before I make a mistake.
After reading the rules, I apologies that I'm not very active, I just have a hard time trying to make something creative with Pokémon fanfictions and stuff. I usually have an idea down to add here, then just try again for another idea which makes me inactive in this group.
Though I now have some ideas so far, so maaaaybe I'll write something and put it in your galleries.
